2018: Growing tools
We are in the period of modernisation, everything around us improves in every respect, making life better.
As announced in the title, a product company cannot do without the 3 areas described in the title this is because, catalogues are still a necessary tool to optimise the relationship between company and customer.
There is a return to the creation of BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL catalogues, not only in their layout but also in the quality of the printing, paying attention to the processing (hot foil varnishing, pad printing, special colours, etc.) and the choice of paper (FSC-certified – wood origin).
If a catalogue is well organised, it can help the interlocutor to better understand all the potential of the product, for example, through in-depth videos that, thanks to a printed qr, can be viewed on one’s own device.
The company representative, together with the catalogue, are still regarded as ‘business cards’, which are essential because they help to create a greater connection with the customer.
Website: your company
The company website is the company itself. Here the customer finds everything. The company’s style, its philosophy, its products and, above all, its insights and updates. The website also increasingly finds its importance in communicating to visitors all the news pertaining to the sector the company deals with (and not only its products); this is to make the interlocutor feel like a leader in the sector. The need to include in-depth photographic focus is not only to help the customer choose a possible purchase, but can also be an aid to the sales force in presenting products during an appointment.
Social: the public relations square
As the years go by, social networks become more and more important in both the private and business worlds, a place where customers can appreciate the company’s status and developments.
Social networks reveal the company in its activities.
On this platform, real exchanges take place with one’s interlocutors, thus enriching and strengthening the relationship with the buyer.
Social Networks are now established places where communication expands and turns day by day, but despite the changes and improvements, one concept remains unchanged: COMMUNICATING A MESSAGE/CONTENT. Every year, this message must update, grow and renew itself because through it we will always have something to say.
