The Chain Communication

Today we want to tell you about a new communication project we have called The Chain Communication.

What does it mean?

It means endless communication that connects individual players expanding into a constantly moving network. With increased possibilities for contacts and opportunities.

We simplify it for you by telling you about a successful case study: the OTOMO experience, the new Eelectron brand.

 

OTOMO deals with Bluetooth automation mainly for small and medium-sized offices.

The buyer personas and their targets were categorised into 3 groups:

 

  • architects
  • entrepreneurs
  • installers

We drew up and shared an editorial plan based on an initial strategy of creating content for each category, cross-cutting topics interspersed with product focus and interviews with industry experts.

In addition to inbound marketing, we then created an interconnected network of people, making them participate in the communication and turning them into brand ambassadors.

This integrated and powerful communication was shared not only in the specially created company magazine but also on social channels. The communication strategy became a tool to strengthen the OTOMO brand, to acquire new customers but also to retain existing ones.
